I am a licensed Pharmacist, certified Functional Medicine Specialist, Wellness Coach , 200 hour yoga instructor, Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, and mental health advocate. Having personally experienced burnout at several points in my life, I set out on a journey to reclaim my health and live fulfilled.

I found yoga to be a wonderful addition to my healthy lifestyle habits and you can too! Restorative yoga is great for anyone who needs help getting their sympathetic nervous system (aka our fight or flight response) to take a rest and allow relaxation to take over. I also have a passion for helping pregnant people prepare their mind and body for the marathon of pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum with individualized prenatal and postnatal yoga sessions.
